Indifference, or Mediocrity?
Are the artists becoming indifferent? Are they mistaking the new lean towards mediocrity, as the new status quo to be met?
I have been finding little to nothing to critique, and when I do, after a second and third look, I keep being left wanting more.
It seems like too many are reining in, or not venturing out, to/of their safe zone.
Remember in the old days, when we used to be "Premium Members"? How did I, someone who dissects the work of others, become "core"? I have always tried my best to stay as far out on the fringe as possible, and now I have been drug into the "Core/Center"?
